The price depends on the processing complexity. The machining is more difficult, the costs are higher, because the precision and labor involved increased .
We can also make molds of other shapes according to your size.
3. Do you offer free samples before bulk orders?
Yes, the FREE sample can be provided for testing in standard sizes if the size is not big, and the processing is not so difficult . However, the nominal sample cost will be charged for the big size, and these costs will be refunded when you place the bulk order.

Due to carbon fiber sheets has high wear resistance and hardness, we are using corn milling cutter for milling, drill and trimming.
If you don’t have CNC machine, the normal circular saw and electrical drilling also available.
7. Is a protective film applied to the surface of the carbon fiber CNC parts?
Yes, the UV resistance blue protective film will always applied to prevent damage or scratch during shipping and handling. The thickness and the colors of this film can be customized based on your needs.
8. What “K” carbon fiber types do you offer?
3K and unidirectional is the most common use for carbon fiber circular tubes and square tubes, any other grade also available, like 1K, 1.5K, 6K, 12K etc.
