1. What dimensions are available for carbon fiber sheets?
Length & Width: The standard size is 400x400mm, 500x400mm, 500x500mm, 600x500mm etc, any other sizes can be customized according to your requirement, the maximum size is 6000x2000mm
Thickness: 0.2-60mm are available.
2. Do you offer free samples before bulk orders?
Yes, the FREE sample can be provided for testing in standard sizes. However, the nominal sample cost will be charged if customs sizes, and these costs will be refunded when you place the bulk order.
3. What “K” carbon fiber types do you offer?
3K is the most common use, any other grade also available, like 1K, 1.5K, 6K, 12K etc.
4. Do you provide wet carbon or dry carbon fiber sheets?
We offer both wet carbon and dry carbon (pre-preg) materials. But we recommend dry carbon to get a better performance, like thinner thickness, higher strength, and and helps to avoid pinholes.

It depends on the size and quantity. Standard sizes are often in stock and can be delivered in 5-7days, while custom orders may require additional production time.
14. Is a protective film applied to the surface of the sheets?
Yes, the anti-UV blue color protective film will always applied to prevent damage during shipping and handling. The thickness and the colors of this film can be customized based on your needs.
15. Can we custom my own mold?
Yes, just send us the specific drawing of the parts that you need, we will analyze the price and make the mold for you.
16. Do you provide CNC service for different parts?
Yes, we have 24 CNC router and lathe, and the biggest one is 4000x2000mm, which can meet all the sizes of the sheets, please send us .dwg, .dxf or .step format and other information, or check the details in our Carbon Fiber CNC Parts page.
17. Are carbon fiber sheets of Quasi-isotropic type available?
Yes, our standard lay-up method for carbon fiber sheets uses layers oriented at 0/90 degrees (Quasi-isotropic) or 0/90/-45/+45 degrees (Cross-plied quasi-isotropic lay-up).
However, the direction also can be customized according to your requirement except for our standard below to achieve better strength, i.e.: 0/90/15/30/45/60/75/-75/-60/-45/-30/-15/90/0
18. How can I cut carbon fiber sheets in house?
Our carbon fiber sheets can be cut by a normal circular saw easily, but for the more suitable and precise parts. Better machine the sheets on a CNC router
19. Why are the carbon fiber sheets so expensive?
We made 2 primary reasons for this:
The premium raw materials are expensive, such as Carbon fiber filament, Epoxy resin.
Unlike other manufacturing processes, the production of carbon fiber sheets are mainly process by skilled composite technician, and there is no machine that can replace the manual lay up the carbon fiber so far.
20. Can carbon fiber sheets be painted?
It depends on your applications. Actually the resin we used is UV resistant, so the extra anti-UV paint is not so necessary.
However, varnish can be painted on the surface if you want a more glossy surface.
But, we have the Mirror surface for your selection, which is much more glossy than the standard, the price is a little more expensive, but it’s definitely much cheaper than the varnish process, and more eco friendly.
21. How do I bond or attach these sheets?
Yes. Many of our clients in the furniture industry attach or press carbon fiber sheets to MDF. In these cases, we roughen the back side to increase the contact area, making it easier to glue.
22. Can our logo be displayed on the surface of carbon fiber sheets?
Certainly. We offer 5 methods to display your logo on the surface:
